New York City FIRST® Science and Technology College & Career Expo

Concurrent with the 2016 New York City FIRST® Competition on March 11-13, 2016, the 10th Annual New York City FIRST® Science and Technology College & Career Expo will provide prospective college students, parents and interested individuals with the opportunity to talk to college representatives about their respective programs and scholarships as well as Fortune 500 companies and professional associations about careers in science and technology.

The New York City FIRST® Science and Technology College Expo will take place on Friday, March 11 (12:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.) and Saturday, March 12 (11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.).   The following colleges and universities participated in last year’s College Expo.  They are among the 175 colleges and universities, professional associations and corporations who provide over $20 million in scholarships to students who are members of a FIRST® team

The New York City FIRST® Career Expo will be held on Sunday, March 13 (10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.). In addition to being generous sponsors of FIRST, many of the companies at the Career Expo provide mentors to our teams and volunteers for our Mega-Celebration.  The Career Expo provides attendees with an inside look into the real world applications of science and technology in the business world as well as a better understanding of potential careers and opportunities.
