Twelve teams from each super-qualifier will advance to the championship.

All tournaments are full single day events and will run on the following schedule (unless otherwise noted).

Important Reminders for all Qualifying Tournaments

Safety Glasses

Safety glasses are required to be worn at all times when in the Pit Area. Teams are required to bring their own safety glasses to the event.


​Pit Area

Each team's pit area will consist of one 6 foot table, 1-2 chairs, and an electrical outlet. Please bring an extension cord, and a surge protector.

Consent Forms
All team members and mentors are required to either bring a consent form (signed by parent/guardian if under 18) and/or a complete STIMS roster printout – these must be handed-in at the registration desk when you arrive.

Self Inspection

Teams are required to conduct a self-inspection of their robot and submit the completed hardware and software inspection forms during the inspection process. The purpose of this rule/process is to move the event along in an efficient manner. Please be aware that inspections close at 10:00 AM.

Engineering Notebook and Bill of Materials

Please remember to bring your engineering notebook to submit to the judges during your judging interview. Please include in it a copy of your Bill of Materials as well as an extra copy for the hardware inspectors.
